Peter Made - Co-founder of @SumUp (the leading mobile point-of-sale company in Europe) is the next speaker of the Panel. According to him, legal restrictions are a major problem for mobile payments in the markets of CEE. “You can make payments using the similar system in the EU, but when you step outside the EU, you need to proof documents etc. And this is very problematic" – said Peter.

Alike opinion has the Founder and CTO of  @Payleven (a European leader in mobile card payments) Rafael Otero: " Legal restrictions are really one of the major problems. Of course, if you find a good partner, it can retreat into the background. The second point is that Russia is completely different.  There are only few countries in the world where operate several mobile payments. And Russia is one of these countries” – informed Rafael.
